 Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast (2–3 lbs)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp rosemary

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • Zest and juice of 1 orange

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps for Cooking

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Rub turkey breast with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Roast for 45–55 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
